Google Pinpoint
Pinpoint is a new tool from Google that uses AI and Search technologies to allow journalists to cull through large volumes of records of all kinds: emails, contracts, text messages, audio recordings and videos.
I introduced Pinpoint to the news team in summer 2023, and it has been an invaluable tool for our work. Using AI tools frees up our time to do the work that only humans can do.
